Policies
In order to provide the best service for your event, a minimum lead-time of fourteen (14) business days is required when ordering food and beverage. In some instances, depending on business and product in house, service may be provided within a lead team of (7) business days. A late fee of $25 will be assessed for all events approved after the 7 day cutoff.
Final guest count is required (7) seven calendar days prior to the event. If the guest count is not confirmed, the catering team will proceed with the last recorded guest count. The invoice will reflect the last guest count unless the actual guest count is higher.
Billing will be based on the guaranteed count also provided 7 days prior to dining.
For food safety reasons, we do not allow customers to remove any food from an event at the conclusion of the event.
Food will not be taken back to the kitchen to be used for service elsewhere on campus.
China service is included for all plated and buffet dinners in the Casado Center. China is available for all other events at an additional rate of $3.50 per person.

Table linens are included on buffet tables with all event orders. Complimentary napkins are available in black and red for all china orders with food.

Payment
A payment method is required for internal events no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled event.
All external events must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to scheduled events.
Credit cards will be charged the day of the scheduled event. Failure to provide a payment/payment method could result in cancelation of the catering event.
Cancellations made at least seven (7) business days prior to the event will forfeit all charges. Cancellations made three business days or less prior to event will incur a 50% service charge on the contracted amount. Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to the event will incur the service charge of 100% of the contracted amount or actual food costs - whichever is the higher amount.
All catered events will be taxed accordingly.
